The toolbox for facilitating cross-country knowledge exchange and peer learning helps facilitate the organization of cross-country exchange and peer learning, using the five dimensions for an effective joint sector review as an analytical lens. The tools have been conceived to help ensure a structured and focused approach in the exchange of experiences.

The toolbox includes:

1. A preparatory reading guide for participants who are going to observe a JSR in a partner country
2. An observation grid for observing JSR practices in a comparative perspective
3. A daily debriefing session guide to facilitate the discussions during JSR cross-country exchange
4. An improvement agenda template for outlining key follow-up actions in participants’ individual countries, based on lessons learned through the exchange.
