Uganda Partnership Compact is a shared agreement between the government and its partners to strengthen a coordinated approach in transforming Uganda’s Education System into an effective, efficient, and equitable system.

It sets out the priority areas, policy reforms, source of funding, roles, and responsibilities of different partners in support to transform the education system.

The arrangements are arising from government and its partners concern to unlock system bottlenecks that have led to persistent low learning outcomes in Uganda.
